That's probably the most badass version of the lizard i've seen. I'm gonna have to check you and Bachalo's Spider-Man comics out.

Lol. Thanks. Repetitive textures like that have always been a lot of fun for me. Once all the ink is laid down and youre able to go back in with the white ink and add those extra layers of depth, you just get to see the dimensions unfold right before your eyes in a short amount of time. Its a very gratifying aspect to inking for me.

Well, it is certainly obvious, even to a non artist (albeit one who was trained, and has read TONS of comics as a baseline) that you excel at that skill set. Many times when I see scales, they appear flat. Not always, but lets say "fairly frequently". This looks like a scale feels, raised, bumpy, it'd hurt if you punched it. Just great stuff.
