My second attempt at chip board. Had a lot of fun with this. Simple but rewarding. Hope I have more time to explore soon!

Stumbled upon your gallery by accident and am really glad I did.
I'm surprised I haven't seen it before today...must be the alzheimers thing...heh heh.
Beautiful and inspirational work through and through.
Love your chip board pieces.
Best to you,
Take care

Thanks so much for the kind words. I just checked out your gallery and was totally floored. I LOVE your work! Im a repressed sculptor at heart, I think. I just wish I had more time to explore the medium. Im constantly in awe of artists like you. Thanks again!

You bet...
Thanks so much for your support as well....High praise indeed coming from someone of your talent level.
I could only imagine what you could come up with sculpture-wise if you had the time....(not sure when the last time was that I had any of that to spare)
I can definitely see your appreciation for sculpture from your massive collection pictured in your studio...(great pics as well)
Looking forward to seeing more works from you...
Thanks for the reply and for the watch as well!
Best to you,
Take care

So far I've only done one (you can see it here in my gallery). I had limited tools and skill sets. I also did it by candle light years ago when our power got knocked out for four days from a hurricane. Idle hands and all that. Suffice it to say, it felt "right". I really hope I can find the tie to get back to it one day.

Thanks again for the support!!

Please forgive me for the lengthy messages...

now THAT is determination...;)
Just checked out your Hellboy sculpt and it's incredible...(by candle light and a hurricane no less)
I can see why it felt right for you...it's a natural fit for sure.
My wife and I have family there in Florida...Boca Raton to be exact.
We've done the Coconut Grove show near Miami and it's always done well for us.
I think you would knock em dead if you ever did that show with your personal work.
but again, there's that time thing...:)
My buddy Tim Miller :iconsculptortim: sculpted one of the pieces I saw on your shelves...(Rogue) He and his wife stopped by yesterday here at the house....One of my mentors.
Another good friend here on DA who you probably have a piece of is :iconmarknewman:

Seeing his studio was truly a punch in the stomach and mind blowing, and such incredible incentive to constantly push myself.
Those two are freaks of nature as far as talent goes so when I see people of theirs and your caliber it keeps me from being complacent...

Again, I apologize for being so wordy...
Thanks again for sharing your work...
Take care
