Madureira Townsend Marvel Superheroes video game

So I was contacted the other day by some people who are in the process of doing an art of Capcom book. They were looking for an image of the old Marvel vs Capcom video game cover that Joe Mad and I did back in the mid 90's, 95 I believe. After about 3 hours of going through 100's of old copies (this was done before home scanning was common place) I lucked out and found it. So here it is in all of its novice inker non-glory. This was also scanned from a photo copy so it looks even worse. Joe has always been so good that its pretty hard to look bad over him. Not that I didnt try, as evidenced here. My main excuse (aside from the fact that I sucked) is that this had to be done at the last minute. I was on vacation, visiting my brohaus', Dan Panosian, when I was contacted and told this had to be done immediately. I had hunker down in Dan's studio and get it done unexpectedly over the course of an evening. As you can see in the photo (which I found with the copy) I was less than thrilled. Good times!
