Hey im sorry If im kinda insulting you but do you know if Bachalo also has a Deviant acc because I really love his art (messiah complex,sinister spiderman,Spiderman with the lizard gauntlet event,spider-man with the maya god of death etc,etc,etc XD

Dude, the two of you make such a kick ass team. Some of my favorite stuff Marvel has going on right now by far. I noticed how reserved you are with you hatching. Is that the way you prefer it, or do you like the styles with more of it like Jim Lee? I would say Art Adams as well, but then again that is a whole different way of approaching hatching imo. I am just curious as to why you do so much less of it with people like Bachalo, Finch and Quietly.

Apples and oranges. The lineiwork that guys like Jim Lee or Marc Silvestri use are very high energy, controlled madness. Its a specific style. Guys like Bachalo and Quitely are another style entirely. Go ahead and throw some of those crazy Jim Lee lines on Bachalo and the end result is no longer Bachalo....the same way as if you were to use the slower, more controlled lines on Jim. It just wouldnt be Jim any more. Regarding Finch, I definitely use a much looser line than I do with someone like Bachalo. Why? Because thats what Dave wants.
