Just got around to taking some pics of the current incarnation of my home studio. As you can see, Im almost at peak capacity and basically playing IKEA-Tetris in order to maximize space. Im not sure how well the over-all layout comes through in the pics but my actually drafting table is in the back on the other side of the large book shelf.

And yes, dusting is a bitch. I know every other comment will mention this so there it is. :)

what I like about this setup most is your back is against the wall. I bet this serves many purposes when it come to people in your space.

Now that you mention it, Ive always worked this way. I dont think Ive ever actually thought about that. I do actually LOATHE to be watched while I work. Great observation. Funny how we do things without even realizing it. :)

I only wish the wall behind me didnt have a window. I like a dark work area.
